The following reflects common domestic work. If you’re unsure what you need, we’re happy to advise before any work is carried out.

Domestic support is provided as a separate service stream. It is delivered with the same engineering discipline used in commercial systems, but scoped for individual users rather than infrastructure environments.”

All prices include VAT. Hardware is not included unless stated.

  • Software licences (including Windows) are not included
  • Data recovery from failed drives is not part of standard services
  • Additional work will always be discussed before proceeding
  • Severely faulty systems may require specialist recovery options
